Harvest Credit Management is a credit agency that offers a range of credit based training programs and cash collection services to businesses world-wide.
The global credit management sector is highly fragmented with many small businesses offering similar products and saying very much the same thing. Our objective was to create a website that whilst appealing to global corporations, banks and insurance companies, it would also have a fresh vibrant appearance and attract a new market opportunities.
The responsiveness of AFX was first class and an important factor for the team at HCM. We had answers to questions and proposed solutions, effectively in a 'live environment'. This immediate response strategy helped build the momentum and excitement to fulfilling our goals and key objectives with the site. We are all very pleased with the final outcome.
HCM believe that it is vital to continue to raise the bar in all its activities and we are now looking at the future possibilities. AFX are advising us with regard to 'state of the art' changes and upgrades that we can consider. AFX certainly keep us on our toes and we really appreciate that. Well done!
